ONLINE PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Midnight Monsters invites you to read these online purchase conditions carefully before making a transaction at the online store. By purchasing at the Midnight Monsters online store, you confirm that you accept the online purchase conditions.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept any requests for refund or exchange if your order is exact.

The only possible returns or exchanges will be for orders containing a defective item or if there is an error in your order.

If you receive a defective item or there is an error in your order, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of the date of receipt of your order. An agreement will then be made.
In all cases, items must be returned within five days of receipt, in their original condition.

We will not process any returns or exchanges beyond this time frame.

Please note that from the sending of your package as well as the creation of the tracking number sent to your email, YOU must make sure to track the package. Midnight Monsters Cosmetics is not responsible for package theft. Please contact the delivery service in this case.

Purchases made by PayPal

For purchases made online with PayPal, please contact customer service. We are unable to process returns with PayPal.

 

ALLERGIES OR SKIN REACTIONS

Allergies and irritations are complex and individual mechanisms. Manufacturers are particularly attentive to these problems. By choosing a natural/organic cosmetic brand, whose manufacturers are particularly attentive to these problems, we minimize the risks. But this is not a total guarantee. In all cases, in the event of the appearance of serious symptoms, it is imperative to consult a doctor. Be advised that some of our products contain almond oil. Any allergic reactions that may occur following the use of our products will not engage any responsibility of our company, the consumer having been informed.

 

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER

Please note that once payment has been received, we do not accept any cancellations or changes in orders, unless you wish to add items and save on shipping by combining orders. Please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information.

Please note that if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, special discount or free shipping, you may no longer be eligible for that promotion or discount.

 

UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders with the same billing and/or shipping addresses. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will contact you via the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or to have been placed simultaneously due to technical issue.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Products and services are always billed based on the rates in effect at the time the online purchase order is registered.
